Job Summary:
Prestige Care of Fairfield is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team! As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and delicious meals for our residents. If you are a passionate and creative cook with a love for food and a commitment to excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to our menu and dietary plans
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
• Order and receive ingredients and supplies
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service
• Adapt to changing menu plans and dietary needs
Work Environment:
• Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• We offer a supportive team environment, with opportunities for growth and development
Requirements:
• 0 years of experience as a Cook or in a related field
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
