Industrial Machine Operator

Location: Delhi, CA

Industry: Manufacturing / Fertilizer Production

Schedule: Full-Time, 4 Days On / 2 Days Off

Shifts Available: 6:00 AM start or 2:00 PM start

Aerotek is hiring experienced Industrial Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Delhi, CA. We are looking for mechanically inclined operators who are comfortable running production machinery, making equipment adjustments, performing changeovers, and troubleshooting minor issues to keep production running efficiently.

• Operate and monitor industrial production equipment
• Set up machines and perform product changeovers
• Make adjustments to equipment during production as needed
• Monitor machine settings and production conditions
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and equipment issues
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and inspections
• Complete quality checks to ensure product meets specifications
• Identify equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs
• Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and production requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience performing machine setups, adjustments, or changeovers
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around industrial machinery
• Experience with HMIs, production controls, pumps, valves, conveyors, or processing equipment is a plus
• Food/beverage, dairy, chemical, agricultural, packaging, or industrial manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment

We're looking for someone who does more than simply load material and start a machine. The ideal candidate understands how their equipment operates , can recognize when something isn't running correctly, and can make the necessary adjustments to maintain production.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Delhi,CA.

This position is anticipated to close on Oct 9, 2026.
