You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., covering Medford and the surrounding area, with the flexibility that comes with a PRN schedule.

What Your Week Looks Like

Your days center on your patients and their families. You'll conduct comprehensive nursing assessments covering physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, then build and adjust individualized care plans as conditions change. Expect to deliver direct skilled care, provide hands-on education and emotional support to patients and caregivers, and coordinate visit scheduling and documentation to keep everything compliant. On-call rotation, admissions, and urgent response may also come up as part of the role.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an approved nursing program, currently licensed as an RN in the state of practice
• At least one year of RN experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license with insured, reliable transportation for travel between locations
