This role provides a unique chance to be stationed onsite at U.S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where you'll gain valuable, hands-on industry experience.The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000, along with an extensive benefits package. While in Cuba, employees receive company-provided housing for themselves and their dependents, a company vehicle, covered utilities, quarterly company-paid trips back home, and eligibility for foreign income exclusion. Additional benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, a Health Savings Account, and Paid Time Off. You'll help coordinate schedules, documentation, workflows, and project progress to keep work moving efficiently and to a high standard. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full construction process while working onsite at Guantanamo Bay.Required knowledge and skills include:BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position.
