Insurance Sales Representative

Are you motivated, driven, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most? We're looking for an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. If you're an experienced insurance professional looking for an opportunity to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Details
- In-office position
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Future work-from-home opportunities may be available based on performance and tenure.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
- Follow up on leads and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare insurance quotes and explain policy options.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses are a plus.
