Commercial Project Manager

Job Summary Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in new construction shingle roofing, flat roofing, metal roofing, gutter installation and maintenance of existing roofing systems. Supervisory Responsibilities No direct reports but indirectly oversees subcontractors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Thorough knowledge of TPO, EPDM, Shingle, and Metal Roofing Thorough knowledge of construction site safety and OSHA regulations (OSHA 30 Certified) Effective time management and logical decision‑making ability Strong focus on quality installation and exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communications Client relationship management Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting and identification of resources needed Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a daily basis and hold regular status meetings with company executives and/or affiliated parties Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems Review and approve all Sub‑contractor’s invoices Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Skills & Abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form Ability to lift over 100 lbs.
