Lead Frontend Angular Engineer

Position Location: 5 days in office/onsite interview Farmers Branch, TX Pittsburgh, PA Phoenix, AZ Birmingham, AL Roles and Responsibilities Own frontend technical direction and cross micro frontend alignment. Drive architectural decisions, standards, and best practices across frontend teams. Partner with Product, UX, and Backend to shape requirements, API strategy, and user experience. Own accessibility and UX quality. Set standards for frontend testing, performance, deployment, and operational readiness. Mentor and lead other frontend engineers. Must Have Technical Skills: 8+ years experience. Angular Expert-level frontend engineering skills. Architectural experience with micro frontends. Strong API and domain modeling collaboration. Frontend performance, accessibility, and UX leadership. CI/CD, deployment, and environment strategy for frontend platforms. Flex Skills/Nice to Have Platform-level frontend architecture experience. Cross-team technical leadership. Deep accessibility standards knowledge (WCAG). Strong partnership with DevOps and UX.
