Take the next step in your retail management career at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, one of the top 10 fastest growing US retailers!Primary ResponsibilitiesProvides financial oversight of all sales and profit goalsDemonstrates exceptional associate and customer service experiencesExecutes company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processesProvides coaching, training, development, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling of store associatesMaintains proper security of the store location and all company assetsQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 3 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailerSchedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basisMust have a valid driver's licensePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to push and pull up to 35 poundsAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a safe mannerOllie's is an equal opportunity employer.
