Key Accountabilities Lead, coach, and develop branch colleagues to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence. Manage daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships through a needs-based approach. Partner with internal departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to customers and prospects. Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members who reflect Associated Bank’s values and service commitment. Establish clear branch goals and action plans to meet or exceed performance targets. Champion change and foster an inclusive, positive work environment that supports collaboration and engagement. Represent the bank through active community involvement and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives. Education & Experience Required Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of demonstrated sales leadership and/or supervisory experience. 2+ years of goals-based sales experience. 5+ years of relevant experience. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. Proven success in branch management or financial center leadership.
