Concierge Physician (DPC) with Telemedicine & Membership

FREEDOM HEALTHWORKS LLC is recruiting a Physician for a membership-based practice focused on concierge or direct primary care. The role involves caring for a limited panel of approximately 500-600 patients with visits lasting 30 to 90 minutes. In this position, you'll see 6-8 patients per day in the office and conduct virtual visits as well, utilizing telemedicine and other advanced technologies to ensure high-quality care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
