Core Duties: \n
\n•    Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with psychiatric and related medical conditions.\n
\n•    Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, including medication management.\n
\n•    Order diagnostic tests and make appropriate referrals or consultations when needed.\n
\n•    Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric services as required.\n
\n•    Provide patient education, counseling, preventive care, and follow-up treatment.\n
\n•    Consult with physicians, non-physician providers, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.\n
\n•    Provide clinical guidance, education, and training to healthcare staff.\n
\n•    Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, committees, quality assurance, performance improvement, risk management, and peer review activities.\n
\n•    Identify opportunities to improve patient care, clinical processes, and outcomes.\n
\n•    Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable professional and regulatory standards.\n
\n
Minimum Qualifications \n
\n•    M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school.\n
\n•    Board certification or eligibility through an ABMS- or AOA-recognized board, as applicable.\n
\n•    Current, full, active, and unrestricted medical license.\n
\n•    BLS/CPR cert\n
