ProLogistix is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Material Handler to support production operations by ensuring materials and supplies arrive accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for:

• Tracking purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of all materials
• Communicating with suppliers to resolve delays or discrepancies
• Verifying shipment details and monitoring expected delivery dates
• Monitoring inventory levels and processing requisitions
• Maintaining accurate records of material flow
• Identifying shortages and correcting issues proactively
• Coordinating with management, production, purchasing, and warehouse teams
• Reporting delays, shortages, or material risks
• Identifying opportunities to improve material flow
• Ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met

Requirements High school diploma or GED 6+ months of related experience (warehouse, logistics, or inventory preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to read and interpret work instructions, SOPs, and shipping documents Ability to lift 1050 lbs regularly
