IT Support Specialist (1TS)T2S Solutions is seeking to hire an IT Support Specialist in support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC). The JNWC is chartered to enable positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) and NAVWAR superiority to the Department of Defense, Combatant Commanders, Joint Force Commanders, the Coalition and the Interagency. You will be a part of our team's efforts to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.Responsibilities:Provide general help desk support to JNWCMonitor internal and external help desk ticketing and closeout, maintain help desk log, oversee issuance of log on credentials and SIPR tokens to users across all systems (NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS)Ability to access sites, tools, and data up to the SECRET classification levelProvide 24/7/365 IT support to JNOCOversee Information Assurance certificate renewalMaintains IAT Level I Certification and continuing education requirementsSupports all JNWC Continuity of Operations (COOP) IT needsPerforms routine inspection of IT equipment and classified processing areasSupports all J6 planning and resource allocation efforts and provide recommendations for technology improvementsOversees IT procurement requests and processesProvides training and necessary instruction material for hardware and software applicationsQualifications:HS & Information Assurance Level Technician Level I CertifiedMust have one of the following IAT Level I Certifications: CompTIA A+/CompTIA Network+/EC-Council CND; requires IAT Level II and/or [DoD 8570 or DoD 8140 certification]Current DoD issued Security ClearanceGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:7 Yrs Relevant ExpAbility to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environmentT2S Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability Employer.
