Forklift Operator - Start Immediately$22.00-$23.50/hr | Weekly Pay | Direct Placement

• Band units and verify load tags to ensure shipments are properly secured and accurately labeled
• Stage products and efficiently load and unload trailers throughout the shift
• Perform visual quality inspections and verify truck counts before shipments leave the dock
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork for inbound and outbound loads
• Follow all safety policies and report any safety concerns, accidents, or incidents immediately
• Complete assigned monthly online safety training
• Maintain dependable attendance and reliability
• Read production schedules to prepare the correct rolls for upcoming paper grades
• Safely operate forklifts and handle paper rolls in accordance with company procedures and training

• Pay: $22.00-$23.50 per hour

• Previous forklift experience preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of Cottage Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
