Senior Investment Operations Analyst

Providing essential day-to-day investment operations support, the full-time Senior Investment Operations Analyst will manage trade order management systems, prepare various reports, and ensure timely settlement of non-standard securities transactions in a remote role with occasional travel to the Farmington, CT office. Key responsibilities Ensure data quality in trade order management systems and oversee trade entry and reconciliation processes Prepare reports for the Investment Committee, including trade activity summaries and daily asset allocation notifications Manage the timely settlement of non-standard securities transactions and monitor corporate actions for accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in investment operations Experience with Bloomberg or similar trade order management systems Proficient in Excel and familiar with investment accounting systems like Simcorp Dimension Previous experience with investments, including fixed income, alternative assets, and derivatives
