Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Associate in Fort Collins, CO!

Adecco is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join our premier client's team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, in-person manufacturing environment where your skills make a difference.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble, solder, calibrate, and test complex electronic components.

• Monitor and track production metrics to ensure quality standards are met.

• Provide constructive feedback to improve manufacturing processes.

• Ensure all products comply with customer specifications and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of experience working with soldering irons, cable soldering experience a plus!

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Willingness to work closely with engineering teams and contribute to continuous process improvements.

• Positive, proactive attitude with a go-getter mentality.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Shift Details:

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (First Shift)

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
