These services will include skilled nursing, assisted living, and/or rehabilitation services.Rehabilitation Flex Team Members are exempt from a multiple-shift requirement, and are encouraged to cover needs at multiple sites as they are able.Assesses, plans, organizes, and administers rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and support recovery from injury or illness. This role goes beyond clinical treatment - it's about building genuine, trust-based relationships with residents and their families, and contributing to a team culture that values the unique strengths each person brings, both on our staff and among the residents we serve.QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an accredited therapy program.Experience: 2–3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Licenses/Certifications: Current Physical Therapist state license; CPR certification.Excellent verbal & written communication, active listening, and social perceptivenessRelationship building, compassionate instruction, and genuine appreciation for individuality and diverse life experiencesCritical thinking, sound judgment, and decision-makingTime management and service orientationCollaborative teamworkPhysical stamina to lift, transfer, and assist residents through physical activities.Requires frequent lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 50 lbs. unassisted, including assisting residents when needed.Must be able to communicate clearly with residents in person and over the phone.Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including visual examination of residents and reading information from printed sources and computer screens.Additional InformationIf you are considering a position at Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions, we have a wide range of benefits to consider!
