Location: Londonderry, NH

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekend shifts)

Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a building materials team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, pulling, and preparing heavy building supplies and materials for transport or customer pick-up.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Safely load, unload, pull, and stage heavy building materials (e.g., lumber, drywall, roofing supplies, masonry, and hardware) manually or using material-handling equipment.

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move palletized inventory throughout the warehouse and yard.

• Inventory Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify item counts against packing slips, and report any discrepancies.

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull items based on pick tickets and prepare shipments for daily dispatch or contractor pickup.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas, aisles, and storage yards clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 51lbs
