Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) $62K-80K/yr Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available At OptiMindHealth, we are looking for compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our team and provide high-quality mental health care services. Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals. Complete documentation and maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings. Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and strong communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively, pass a background check, and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients. Additional Valuable Qualifications: Experience in mental health practice settings.
