You will take ownership of sales, marketing, and customer analytics initiatives while helping establish scalable reporting and analytics capabilities.Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams, you will develop reporting frameworks, improve data visibility, support forecasting, and provide insights that influence strategic decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence & ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting using tools such as Power BI or TableauAutomate reporting processes and improve visibility into commercial performanceDevelop clear visualizations that highlight trends, opportunities, and business driversCommercial AnalyticsAnalyze sales, customer, and market data to identify growth opportunitiesPerform deep-dive analysis into customer behavior, performance trends, and market opportunitiesSupport forecasting, planning, segmentation, and strategic initiativesTranslate analytical findings into clear recommendations for business leadersData & Analytics DevelopmentIntegrate data from multiple sources including CRM, ERP, sales, and external datasetsImprove data quality, reporting processes, and analytical capabilitiesDevelop forecasting models and apply statistical techniques to support decision-makingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or related field5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, sales analytics, commercial analytics, or similar rolesAdvanced SQL skills with experience working with large datasetsStrong proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical modellingExperience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar toolsExperience working with CRM, ERP, sales, marketing, or customer dataExperience with Python, R, forecasting, or predictive analytics preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholdersPreferred ExperienceSales Analytics / Sales Operations / Revenue Analytics backgroundConsumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Retail, or Manufacturing experienceExperience with Salesforce, SAP, customer segmentation, territory planning, or market analysisExperience working in an environment where analytics processes and systems are still being developedWhy Join?This is an opportunity to play a key role in building the analytics foundation of a growing food manufacturing business.
