Assistant Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team full time at our Sturgeon Bay location. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead staff, and ensure excellent customer service to drive business success. Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage. Support in scheduling staff and managing labor costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures. Assist in preparing reports and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. Step in for the Store Manager as needed during their absence. Qualifications Previous retail or management experience preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Proficient with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
