Resumen del puesto Youth & Opportunity United busca un Gerente de Casos Comunitarios dedicado para apoyar la implementación de programas comunitarios para jóvenes que se escapan y están sin hogar. Responsabilidades Proporcionar servicios integrales y basados en la comunidad para jóvenes de 11 a 22 años con un enfoque en la estabilidad de la vivienda. Desarrollar, facilitar y supervisar actividades del programa y asociaciones comunitarias para ayudar a los jóvenes a alcanzar el éxito postsecundario y a lo largo de la vida. Proporcionar apoyo a familias y jóvenes en programas de tiempo fuera de la escuela. Identificar jóvenes/familias que necesiten apoyo adicional y proporcionar actualizaciones sobre los apoyos para ayudar a los jóvenes a participar con éxito en los programas de Y.O.U. Utilizar tecnología (por ejemplo, Ecornerstone y HMIS) como herramienta de gestión e informes. Calificaciones Bilingüe en español/inglés (ventaja).
