What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive primary care services including health assessments, physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans that promote preventive care, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and incorporate findings into evidence‑based treatment plans. Prescribe medications and other therapies in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, disease prevention, and health maintenance. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, specialists, care managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless, high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Advocate for patients by promoting continuity of care and connecting them with appropriate community and healthcare resources. What We’re Looking For Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current Maryland Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licensure (or eligibility for licensure). Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to providing patient care). DEA and CDS eligibility. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered primary care.
