Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create and execute patient care plans.
Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
