Job Description

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
Communicate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
Assist in resolving any project-related conflicts or challenges.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

A background in construction or a related field within the property industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
