Job Responsibilities
- Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.

- Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Engage closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

- Evaluate Progress: Document patient outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
Education Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Encouragement and support for ongoing education or certifications beyond graduation.
Licenses and Certifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
