Forklift Operator

Warehouse PositionQualifications:3 - 5 years of warehouse related experience in shipping and receiving3+ years of forklift experienceForklift Certification requiredExperience handling pipe (both carbon and stainless steel) required (20' and 40')Excellent work ethic: ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team playerEnsure all safety rules are strictly observedQualified applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug testA minimum of 40 hours per weekResponsibilities:Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandiseSort and place material or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standardsMaintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all timesWear the proper safety equipment at all timesAny other duties as requested by respective supervisor and/or managerPhysical Requirements:Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hearRegularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
