Opportunity Locations: This opportunity supports clinics within the Xpress Wellness / Integrity Urgent Care network , including: Woodward, OK – Xpress Wellness Urgent Care 1327 Oklahoma Ave Woodward, OK 73801 Woodward is a welcoming northwest Oklahoma community located about 2 hours from Oklahoma City , offering a low cost of living, outdoor recreation, and a strong regional economy. College Station / Bryan, TX – Integrity Urgent Care College Station is a vibrant Central Texas community and home to Texas A&M University , offering a strong economy, excellent schools, and easy access to Houston and Austin. Schedule: 12-hour shifts 7 shifts per 14 days Flexible scheduling options available Compensation: $65 – $80 per hour Productivity incentives and performance bonus opportunities Competitive compensation based on experience and clinical productivity Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic patient conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging. Prescribe medications and treatments. Perform procedures including laceration repair and splinting . Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care. Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR. Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited program. Active state license and DEA registration . Current BLS certification . Urgent care, ER, or family medicine experience preferred but not required.
