Harvest Events is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team in the Charlotte, NC area as a Manager in Training – Event Marketing & Community Outreach . This entry-level leadership development opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in event marketing, community engagement, fundraising, and team leadership. Through hands‑on training and mentorship, you'll gain experience representing charitable organizations at retail events and community outreach campaigns while developing the skills needed for future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities: Engage with community members at retail locations and promotional events Represent charitable organizations and educate the public about campaign initiatives Assist with supporter acquisition and fundraising efforts Deliver exceptional customer and donor experiences through professional interactions Learn leadership and team development skills through mentorship and hands‑on training Stay informed on campaign goals, nonprofit missions, and community outreach initiatives Collaborate with team members to achieve event and fundraising objectives Support event setup, execution, and daily operations as needed Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Leadership potential and a desire for professional growth Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic Goal-driven and self-motivated Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, sales, or leadership is a plus, but not required 100% Paid Training Consistent Full-Time Hours Mentorship from Experienced Leaders Advancement Opportunities Based on Performance Weekly Incentives and Bonus Opportunities Supportive, Team-Oriented Culture Salary Range: $40,000–$50,000 per year Harvest Events is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
