Commercial Construction Project Manager

Candidates should have a minimum of five years experience with healthcare, education, and/or commercial projects, ranging from $1M to $50M. Daily Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project success Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work Prepare and submit project documentation, including change orders and submittals Required Skills: Experience with take-offs and general construction processes Knowledge of pre-construction and multi-family construction Ability to develop scope, manage change orders, and oversee tenant improvements Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, PlanSwift and Bluebeam Familiarity with building codes, civil engineering, and construction best practices Technical Skills: Experience with punch out lists, scope development, and request for information processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Company Benefits: Health Insurance Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Vacation Leave Sick Leave Holiday Pay Paid Time Off Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
