Stand up Reach Forklift Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Ontario, CA, 91761. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are stored and retrieved efficiently. Responsibilities Operate stand-up reach forklifts to move, locate, and stack products in the warehouse. Load and unload materials from trucks and containers safely and efficiently. Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation to maintain accurate inventory levels. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while operating equipment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. Qualifications Previous experience operating stand-up reach forklifts in a warehouse setting. Valid forklift certification is preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to meet KPI (kep performance indicators) Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
