HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner opportunity to join a well-established, relationship-driven U.S. manufacturer with a long-tenured workforce and a strong culture centered on trust, accountability, and operational excellence.

This is a highly visible executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and designed for an HR leader who can operate equally as a strategic business partner and a hands-on practitioner.

Key areas of focus:

• Partner with the CEO on workforce strategy, organizational design, and change management initiatives
• Lead people strategy across both hourly and salaried employee populations
• Serve as the primary advisor on employee relations, performance management, and workplace compliance
• Oversee full-spectrum HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, and policy administration
• Guide adoption of workplace innovation and emerging technologies, including responsible AI integration
• • Coach leaders and strengthen a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence
• Support succession planning and long-term workforce development

Ideal background:

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments
• Strong employment law knowledge (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, OSHA, workers’ compensation)
• Demonstrated success balancing strategic leadership with day-to-day HR execution
• Comfortable working directly with plant operations, frontline leaders, and executive teams
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification preferred

Compensation: ~$150K base

Schedule: Full-time onsite
