Full Time Regular SR OPERATIVES Savannah, GA, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 7050 As a Warehouse Leader for Goodwill, you will lead our warehouse team by safeguarding and processing all donated goods within our distribution hub. Your Impact: Safeguarding and efficiently processing all donated goods within a Donated Goods distribution hub Supervising, coordinating, scheduling, inspecting, and approving the work of hub Warehouse associates. Ensuring that all assigned associates are properly trained. Establishing a process control procedures are adhered to and maintained. Making certain that all equipment is functioning properly and ensuring that all tools and equipment are repaired and are on a regularly scheduled maintenance plan. Your Qualifications: Ability to handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, with or without accommodations. High School Graduate/GED. Supervisory experience of 1 year, preferably in a warehouse environment. Forklift experience preferred.
