IMPORTANT: This location is set to open around the first week of September 2026 (9/8/26). There will be 5 days of required training employees must attend starting 9/2/26. Candidates may be asked about their flexibility to start training and working at one of our other Chattanooga locations ASAP in order to be trained prior to our open date! You will then join us at the N Mack Smith location! These locations include: 5670 Brainerd Rd, 9395 Apison Pike, 7318 Shallowford Rd, 4631 Hwy 58.

DESCRIPTION:

The Barista creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly

service and consistent, quality products. This role is responsible for performing all

job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and

procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and connect with each customer, engaging them and handing out app cards

• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products

• Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and

merchandise

• Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion

• Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures

• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines

• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify

drink upon delivery

• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment

• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and

merchandise

• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas

• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for people, and willingness to have conversations with customers

• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, with a sense of urgency

• Commitment to master brand recipes and techniques

• Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, and handle multiple duties
