Beautiful work environment Competitive Wages and Benefits Package Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off Overtime Pay Floor Technician Job Specification: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility's floors, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. Floor Technician Responsibilities: Perform routine floor maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing floors. Stripping and waxing floors as needed to maintain a polished and professional appearance. Operate floor care equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet extractors safely and efficiently. Inspect floors for damage or wear and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor. Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing floor care tasks. Assist with general cleaning duties in other areas of the facility as needed. Floor Technician Qualifications: Previous experience as a Floor Technician or similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of floor care techniques, equipment, and products. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, lift heavy objects, and operate floor care equipment.
