Key Responsibilities: As an Epic Bridges Corepoint Analyst, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Epic Systems is required. Advanced proficiency in Epic Integration is recommended. Develop a thorough understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring problems and proposing effective solutions. Support knowledge sharing by documenting troubleshooting steps and best practices. Engage proactively in team meetings to share insights and support collective problem-solving efforts.
