Full-Time Service & Repair Technician

What Youll Do
- Service, maintain, and repair wood, gas, and pellet stoves, fireplaces, and hot tubs (residential & commercial)
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Respond to work orders professionally and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and daily service reports
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and management
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Address customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of their systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work vehicle
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
What Were Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude (well train the right candidate!)
- Light plumbing and/or electrical experience (highly preferred)
- Hot tub or hearth experience (a plus)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be 18+ with a valid CT drivers license
- Familiarity with tools (own tools are a bonus)
- A positive attitude and desire to help customers
