LVS WiremanFlex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an LVS Wireman in USA Fontana, Ca. Report to the Production Manager, LVS Wireman, is responsible for installing electrical components and wiring for our switchgear projects.What a typical day looks like:Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructionsAssemble electrical systems and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or conduit using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipmentRun wire and cable according to schematics and blueprints.Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specificationsClean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and clothsDrill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan, review work activities, or to resolve production problemsInspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits for resistance factors or for operation and record resultsMark and tag components so that stock inventory can be tracked and identifiedMay perform mechanical assembly of components for switchgear cabinets as neededComplete all other duties as assignedThe experience we're looking to add to our team:High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in wiring or installing electrical components OR completion of a technical vocational programStrong attention to detail and ability to perform work accuratelyKnowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety managementReading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagramsBasic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurementsBasic understanding of tools (ex.
