This role leads multidisciplinary design efforts, ensuring code-compliant, constructible solutions for HVAC, hydronic, and thermal plant systems. The PE III manages project execution for assigned scopes, mentors junior engineers, and resolves complex technical and field challenges. Responsibilities include overseeing design quality, supporting permitting and procurement, and ensuring systems meet performance, reliability, and energy efficiency objectives aligned with ENFRA’s design-build delivery model.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for signing and sealing engineering documents and overseeing technical quality.Leads the design and execution of complex mechanical systems and large-scale projects.Develops detailed system configurations and control schemes with emphasis on long-term energy savings.Establishes engineering approaches, design standards, and best practices.Provides technical oversight and review of work performed by junior staff.Manages discipline scope, schedules, and budgets on projects.Supervises the planning for field investigations and site visits.
