We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Catalog Designer to join our team in Monroe, NJ. This fully onsite role will be responsible for designing, organizing, and producing visually compelling product catalogs that showcase our diverse range of products. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for layout design, typography, and color, as well as the technical skills to manage print production and digital distribution. Key Responsibilities:

• Catalog Design & Layout: Conceptualize and execute catalog layouts that are visually appealing, cohesive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Product Photography & Image Management: Collaborate with photographers and manage product images to ensure high-quality visuals are used consistently throughout the catalog.
• Content Coordination: Work closely with product managers and copywriters to gather and incorporate product details, descriptions, and pricing information.
• Proofing & Quality Control: Perform rigorous checks on drafts for accuracy in content, format, and visual consistency to ensure a flawless final product.
• Print & Digital Production: Prepare files for print production, ensuring that specifications meet the requirements for printing. Manage digital versions of the catalog as needed.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure the catalog aligns with company objectives and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of catalog design experience, preferably within a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Familiarity with print production processes and requirements.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
