What You'll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome customers and create a professional and comfortable sales experience.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Learn about each customer's needs, preferences, and budget to help them find the right vehicle.
• Present and demonstrate Volvo vehicles, features, technology, and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and answer customer questions.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process from initial contact through delivery.
• Follow up with customers to build repeat and referral business.

Product Knowledge

• Develop a strong understanding of Volvo vehicles, features, technology, and available options.
• Stay current on new models, product updates, incentives, and industry trends.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training.

Teamwork & Performance

• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, Service, Parts, and other dealership departments.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership sales and CRM processes.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience is a plus; automotive or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Comfortable learning new technology, vehicle features, and sales processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
