Are you passionate about coffee and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team! In need of smiling faces that offer the highest level of customer service.
Position: Barista
Pay: $12 - $14 per hour (based on experience)
Location: [Smyrna, GA]
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more
- Create beautiful latte art (a plus but not required)
- Engage with customers and provide a friendly, welcoming experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and cafe
- Ensure the highest quality of beverages and service at all times
Requirements:
- Prior barista experience required
- Strong knowledge of popular coffee drinks and brewing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sociable, friendly, and passionate about customer service
