• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation for therapy sessions and progress reports
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and educational staff

Required Skills and Experience:

• Current FL SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy techniques accordingly
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
