Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to join the team at the Bridgewater, MA customer service center. Safety Focused:We care about you and have developed a 24/7 safety mindset that is showcased throughout every facet of the organization. Primary duties include: Propane service and tank installation. Able to identify and correct any leaks from the tank to equipment connection. Respond to customer emergencies as needed Rotate “on call” status during evenings and weekends as needed Perform tank maintenance spare tanks located in the plants in preparation for putting them in service. Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations. Will be cross‑trained to assist with bobtail truck propane deliveries as needed Consistently communicate proactively with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers as necessary The ideal candidate will have: 2-3 years propane/oil service preferred; HVAC High School Diploma or General Education Degree CDL class A or B with Hazmat/ Tanker endorsement preferred Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance Generous PTO - New hires receive up to 152 hours 401k - company match and eligibility within 31 days Employer paid short/long term disability Employer funded HSA account Employer Sponsored - Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement - Access to in-house learning portal Convenient casual dress environment Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening. The hourly rate for this position is $28.00 - $35.00 per hour. This role will be eligible for overtime pay once scheduled work week hours are met. When applicable, this role is eligible for an on-call incentive stipend.
