Position: Medical Assistant Job Description: Georgous Aesthetic Bar is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our esteemed practice founder and lead injector, Georgia Cirese, in delivering top-notch care to our patients. We thrive on educating our clients and providing customized treatment plans. Our areas of expertise include aesthetic and medical spa services, spanning injectables, facials, laser services, and body treatments. We are passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best, and we are committed to excellence in every service we provide. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for clinical procedures.
- Support the clinical team during patient consultations and treatments.
- Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
- Ensure all medical instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use.
- Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Monday through Friday

- Certification: Medical Assistant or EMT certification in the state of Missouri is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work open to close, 5 days per week.
