Insulator Leadmen - Refinery & Industrial Facilities - Baytown, TX Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking experienced Insulator Leadmen for work in Baytown, Texas. These professionals will lead crews in the installation, maintenance, and removal of insulation systems at refinery and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with extensive industrial insulation experience and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Perks & Benefits Competitive wages Full-time employment Opportunities to work on refinery, petrochemical, LNG, and power generation projects Potential for overtime, weekend, and turnaround work Company commitment to safety and quality standards What You’ll Need Minimum 5 years of industrial insulation experience Extensive knowledge of insulation materials, systems, and installation methods Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership and crew coordination skills Experience in refinery, petrochemical, LNG, or industrial construction environments Ability to work safely in high-hazard industrial environments Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and turnaround schedules as required High school diploma or GED preferred Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and handle materials as required OSHA 10, OSHA 30, NCCER, or equivalent craft certifications preferred TWIC card may be required depending on project location What Will Make You Stand Out Previous leadman, foreman, or crew leadership experience OSHA 10, OSHA 30, NCCER, or equivalent craft certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Job Shop
