Compensation Hospice Business Development RN role offering 15K Sign on Bonus, PENSION & 403B Retirement plan, FREE College Tuition, 4 weeks PTO. Salary: $115,000 - $131,500 per year. Job Details Working on-site at a major medical center in the Bronx, NY. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (No weekends). Responsibilities Evaluate and establish a plan of care for patients referred for hospice services. Facilitate admission of referrals upon discharge from the hospital to a hospice program that meets the needs of the patient and family members. Develop and maintain positive relationships with physicians, social workers, case managers and discharge planners within the medical center.
