Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments

Diagnose and manage eye and vision-related conditions within optometric scope

Prescribe and fit eyeglasses, contact lenses, and vision aids

Develop individualized treatment plans and patient education strategies

Document patient care accurately within EHR systems

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Follow clinical protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program

Active state Optometry license

Current CPR/BLS certification

Strong communication and patient care skills

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

New graduates and experienced providers encouraged to apply
