Job Description Medical Dosimetrist Position Title: Medical Dosimetrist Company: Muscogee Staffing Solutions, LLC Location: David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $120,000 per year Overview: Muscogee Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Medical Dosimetrists to join our team at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA. The successful candidates will be responsible for planning and calculating radiation treatment courses, collaborating with Radiation Oncologists, and ensuring the accuracy of treatment plans. Responsibilities Plan and develop radiation treatment courses. Calculate accurate dosages for radiation treatments. Create treatment plans in collaboration with Radiation Oncologists. Verify treatment plans and conduct quality assurance (QA) checks. Document patient treatment plans and progress. Utilize advanced treatment planning systems and software. Collaborate with the radiation therapy team to optimize treatment delivery. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy, Medical Dosimetry, or a related field. Certification by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB). Minimum of 3 years of experience in radiation treatment planning. Proficiency in treatment planning software (e.g., Eclipse, Pinnacle). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
