Lead, Inbound Receiving & Vendor Performance

SpartanNash Associates, LLC is seeking a Lead, Inbound Receiving & Vendor Performance to oversee inbound deliveries and vendor compliance at our retail distribution operations. You will coordinate dock scheduling, verify receipts, resolve shipment discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy to support fresh, affordable food availability. This role analyzes vendor performance metrics, drives process improvements, and partners with suppliers, warehouse, and transportation teams. You will lead and train a small team, uphold safety and quality standards, and contribute to a people‑first, values‑driven culture focused on service and teamwork.
